My favourite children's book of all time!
The Monster Bed has easy to read rhyming text and a silly enough story to keep children and adults entertained.
Dennis the monster doesn't want tp go to bed in case their is a human hiding underneath. His mother assures him that humans don't exist, that they're just a story. Dennis decides to sleep under his bed so that a human can't.
Meanwhile, a lost boy wanders through the woods and into the cave, sees the bed, lies down but decides to check whether there are any monsters under there first.........
